REPORTING

According to the Ref Flag Rules, all documents, including the Application, Rental Agreement, and Management Agreement, are secure. Each prepared document will be given to you in duplicate.

MAINTENANCE

All of our vendors must have Workman's Compensation Insurance and hold a license from the State of California. We take care of all work orders, follow-up on completed work, and vendor payments. You don't pay any added fees; you just pay the vendor's invoice.

SCREENING

Each applicant is carefully screened and evaluated. Instead of using an outside service, this is done internally. This enables us to listen for potential warning signs and pose important queries. Credit, rental history (along with an eviction search), employment verification, and a county records search are among the things we look into.

FINANCIALS

You will receive thorough monthly and annual statements that include a complete breakdown of all revenues and costs. Additionally, you will get copies of each invoice for your records. Fully automated.

FILLING VACANCIES

We help place tenants in properties that are a great fit for them and their needs.

EVICTION PROTECTION

If you are evicted, this program will pay your costs. If the All Asset Property Management Inc-placed tenant breaks the terms of their rental agreement and must be evicted, All Asset Property Management will cover the cost of the eviction up to a maximum of $795.00. The service is totally free.

    Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM.

  • How do I pay my rent?

    Log into your online portal to pay your rent. If you are not yet registered, please create an account here!

  • How do I submit a maintenance request?

    Please submit a maintenance request through the tenant portal.

    1. From the Home or Maintenance tab, click Request Maintenance.
    2. Enter a detailed description of the issue, upload one or more photos of the item needing attention, give the property manager permission to enter with their key, then click Submit Request.
